Overview
Slipstream DRC is sold as a digital software license delivered by email immediately after successful checkout. Because the product is digital and fulfilled automatically, all sales are generally final once the license key has been emailed or shown on the success page.
When we may help
Contact us if you were charged in error, did not receive a license key after a successful payment, purchased a duplicate license by mistake within a short window, or need help with activation. We handle these case by case and may refund or issue a complimentary license when appropriate.
How to request
Email support@slipstreamdrc.com with your checkout email and approximate purchase date. Do not include your full card number. We typically respond within a few business days.
